Frequently Asked Questions
You can upload and process up to 50 images in a single batch. Each image in your batch will consume 1 credit, so processing 50 images will use 50 credits. This is perfect for bulk content creation, e-commerce product catalogs, or any project requiring multiple image descriptions.
Currently, bulk processing applies the same template to all images in a batch for efficiency. If you need different templates for different images, you can process them in separate batches or use our single image mode for more granular control over individual images.
Processing time depends on the number of images and template complexity. On average, each image takes 3-5 seconds to process. A batch of 50 images typically completes in 3-4 minutes. You can watch real-time progress as each image is processed sequentially.
You can export your bulk results in two formats: CSV (perfect for Excel, Google Sheets, and databases) and JSON (ideal for developers and API integrations). Both formats include filename, file size, processing status, description text, and any error messages.
The bulk processor continues even if individual images fail. Each image shows its status (success/failed) with detailed error messages for failures. Credits are only deducted for successfully processed images. You can easily identify and retry failed images.
You can add more images before clicking "Start Bulk Processing" using the "Add More" button. Once processing begins, you'll need to wait until the current batch completes. After completion, you can process additional batches with the "Process More Images" button.
Yes, the system checks your credit balance before allowing uploads. You need at least as many credits as images you want to process. For example, uploading 30 images requires 30 available credits. This prevents partial processing and ensures you can complete your batch.
While individual image processing speed is the same, bulk mode saves massive time by automating the workflow. Instead of manually uploading, selecting templates, and downloading 50 separate times, you do it once. This automation can save hours of repetitive work.
